- No Physical Products: We do not offer any physical products or shipments.
- No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to provide assistance if you encounter issues with the product.

- Expiration time: Please note that our digital product has an expiration time of 72 hours. After purchasing, you will have 72 hours to access and download the product. Ensure to save and back up your files within this timeframe, as access will be restricted once the period expires. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

DEFINITIONS
- PixelsPaper: This refers to our company, which offers digital products that you can edit, personalize, and resell.
- The Service: This refers to our digital products, including but not limited to templates, bundles, e-book, guides and everything you find on PixelsPaper.
- Private Label Rights Products (PLR): These are digital items that you can edit and market as your own; however, you cannot pass resale rights to your customers.
- Master Resell Rights Products (MRR): These are digital items that you can customize and sell as your own, and you have the authority to transfer resale rights to your customers.
- You or Licensee: This term refers to the person, business, or organization that has acquired digital products from PixelsPaper.
LICENSES
Not all products have the same licenses. It is the client's responsibility to ensure which license applies to the product they are acquiring.
When you purchase products from PixelsPaper, you are granted the right to resell them. You are permitted to modify, rebrand, and sell these products in accordance with this agreement.
You are allowed to resell them in PDF format exclusively to end-users.
However, you cannot pass on resale rights to others. You are permitted to:
- use these products in physical items;
- incorporate them as content in membership sites;
- and include them in both free and paid courses.
Additionally, you can offer them as bonuses for other products and claim authorship. You cannot apply for trademark or copyright for these products.
In contrast, with MRR Digital Products, you can sell them as templates and pass on resale rights to your customers.
Similar to PLR products:
- you can modify and customize these items;
- rebrand them;
- and use them in physical products or as content in membership sites.
You can also utilize these products in free or paid courses and offer them as bonuses for other products. Claiming authorship is permitted, but like PLR products, you cannot apply for trademark or copyright.
IMPORTANT TERMS FOR RESALE OF THE MRR BUNDLE
You are prohibited from reselling the MRR bundle in its original form for any price lower than $497. This policy aims to maintain a fair marketplace for all resellers of the bundle. If you are unable to adhere to this minimum pricing requirement, please refrain from purchasing this bundle.
You cannot resell the MRR bundle under the same name, "MRR Bundle." This name is the intellectual property of PixelsPaper and must not be used during resale.
EARNING DISCLAIMER
PixelsPaper is not accountable for any financial results, whether profits or losses, that occur from reselling our products. We make no promises regarding specific earnings, success, or outcomes from utilizing our products.
CONTENT AND DESIGN QUALITY
Although we aim for high standards, we cannot guarantee flawlessness in our products. It is your duty to examine and confirm the accuracy and quality of the products before you sell them.
LIABILITIES
PixelsPaper is not liable for any problems that may result from the use, sale, or distribution of our products. You accept full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.
18 - TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Pre-termination obligations will survive the termination of the agreement. Upon notifying the user, if there is suspected non-compliance, usage will cease, and service access may be denied accordingly.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
PixelsPaper retains the right to revoke your license to sell our products if any breach of these terms is detected. Should termination occur, you must stop distributing the products immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
